What is Pre Ordering?  Pre Ordering We have access to thousands of products - we don't have them in stock but we are happy to pre order them for our customers so that means you can have what ever you want products and quanitities. All products in our range labelled Pre Order  are the items that we pre order for you. Always check our front page for Pre Order Cut Off Day for ordering and other information on Pre Ordering. any questions please feel free to ask. Please note if we are quoting on products the quote is valid for one month only.

 Please do a separate order for pre orders and payment is by credit card only, as I will debit your card on the closing date as I will know whats in stock.  If you have a normal order that contains a pre order your whole order will be held until your pre order comes in.  Please allow 2  weeks from this closing date for delivery, Always see front of Website for next closing date. Payment will need to be made for your order by the closing date.

 I am worried about paying by credit card.  Don't be.....When paying by credit card on our website for security your card numbers are split. (also you will notice at checkout page a lock on your website and the checkout page will begin with https:// -  s means secure) The first group of numbers are emailed to one of our other email address and the other group of numbers is emailed to another email address in our office. When we pack your order the emails are brought together and this is when we see and process your credit card details manually through our eftpos machine.

 Do you do Wholesale?  Yes we do,  lots of our products will have discounts and quantity discounts. jsut create an account and wait for your activation email before shopping..

 I have not received any email confirmation on my order that I placed with your business?  Your email has bounced back to us and we are unable to contact you. (this sometimes happens with International customers)  Please login and change your email to either yahoo, google or         hotmail - Then email us with your change.  Also check your account (that is login to your account and go to orders)  if we are trying to get in contact with you we will leave a message in your order box.

 your methods of payment?   We accept, credit cards - mastercard and  visa,  paypal -  If you have not shopped with us before then checkout our feedback   to reasure yourself.

 ship overseas? and how long does it take to arrive?  Yes we do. We have a flat $10.00 postage airmail for items up to 250grams. over this weight  next rate applies. It usually takes  approx 14  days to arrive.

 What are your postage costs?   For Australian customers Retail $8.00, Wholesale $10.00 cheapest trackable way (if it is over we will you will be charged the next rate),  International customers Airmail $10.00 for under 250 grams (if it is over 250 grams next rate applies)

How long after payment is made for my order will it be dispatched? usually within 24 to 36 hours.

 Do you have specials all the time? Yes we have specials every week hroughout the website,  and we also have a specials hidden section.

 I am after certain products can you help? I have access to thousands and thousands or products please email me what you are looking for try to include pictures and as much info as possible.

 Parents & Citizens Assoc and we need bulk cheap beads, can you help us?  We help lots of Church groups, scouts, girl guides, schools, all types of fundraising organisations. We can get anything as long as we have lots of notice. We can email different types of beads for you to choose.

 I am after bulk Swarovksi Crystals for my  Wedding?  Yes, we can help just let us know how many, what size, colour and we will quote you a price, also have a look at our pre order section as we are conitinually adding to the range. Please note the AUD changes all the time and this will affect the price. 
 
I am having trouble finding bulk seed beads? Yes we can order them in for you if you are prepared to wait a couple of weeks. We have access to hundreds of different seed beads.
